I’m a spatial design researcher specializing in maps and their relationship with people, places, and politics. I have an architecture design degree from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and an environmental design research degree from the Yale School of Architecture. Through my experience in architectural design, I developed an interest in the representation of cities, and through my research, I discovered my interest in spatial data.

I am from Pakistan and grew up in Karachi. Since then, I have lived in London, UK, and New Haven, Connecticut, before moving to Dallas, Texas.
